Research and Development Capability
Since our inception, product research and development have been placed at the forefront, with the establishment of a dedicated research and development center. We have developed a series of new products with themes of environmental protection, fashion, and durability, including high-strength abrasion-resistant fabrics, cotton-like fabrics, antibacterial fabrics, waterproof fabrics, highly breathable fabrics, and other special functional fabrics.

ALIENWARE GALAXY WEAVE
We exclusively crafted the Galaxy Weave fabric for Alienware, combining current environmental trends with Alienware's sci-fi concept.
-
THULE BACKSPACE
We have designed a 900D fabric for THULE's trailer boxes that is highly resistant to sunlight and does not contain PFAS.

Antimicrobial and Antifungal Fabric
The fabric has undergone antimicrobial treatment to inhibit the growth of three major bacterial groups.
Alienware Galaxy Weave
We exclusively crafted the Galaxy Weave fabric for Alienware, combining current environmental trends with Alienware's sci-fi concept. We selected recycled solution-dyed polyester yarns as the warp material, intertwining them with nylon yarns for the weft to create a subtle yet distinct galaxy effect during weaving. The main challenge of Galaxy Weave lies in the composite of polyester and nylon yarns for the weft, where the white threads need to be evenly distributed within a regular pattern.
The fabric is manufactured using a solution-dyeing process for polyester, which can significantly reduce environmental impact: up to 90% less wastewater generation, up to 62% less CO2 emissions, and up to 29% less energy consumption compared to traditional dyeing methods.
Highlights: sustainable, durable, and weather-resistant
Thule Backspace
We have designed a 900D fabric for THULE's trailer boxes that is highly resistant to sunlight and does not contain PFAS. After 1200 hours of exposure, the fabric's color remains unchanged, and there is no sign of aging or deterioration. We've also applied a PFAS-free water repellent treatment to the fabric, making it resistant to rain and environmentally friendly.
Antimicrobial and Antifungal Fabric
The fabric has undergone antimicrobial treatment to inhibit the growth of three major bacterial groups: Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Candida albicans. Utilizing MICROBAN AEGIS antimicrobial technology from the United States, it achieves AAA-grade antimicrobial performance, remaining effective even after 50 washes. It reduces bacterial growth by 99% and inhibits fungal growth. The inhibition rate for Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus exceeds 99%, demonstrating significant bactericidal and antimicrobial effects.
